1. Points to note when requesting repairs
  • Depending on the nature of the malfunction, we may use some substitute parts or replace the product with the same or equivalent product instead of repairing it.
    In addition, when repairing specially ordered products, we may replace the case with genuine Yamagata Casio parts.
  • As part of our efforts to promote the formation of a recycling-oriented society, we may use refurbished parts and products when repairing or replacing products.
    Parts and products replaced during repairs will be collected by our company unless otherwise requested at the time of repair acceptance.
  • If the product you request for repair is found to be in normal operation as a result of the inspection, a waterproof inspection will be performed. In this case, a functional inspection and inspection fee will be charged instead of the repair fee.
2. Selected products
  • The product in question is a Logosease (dive transceiver) manufactured by Yamagata Casio.
    Please note that models that cannot be searched for on the model selection screen on the application page are not eligible.
3. Target failure content
  • The target malfunctions are repairs (functional repairs) related to the function of Logosease, which can automatically estimate repair costs based on specified criteria.
  • Specific malfunctions that qualify for functional repairs
    Strap holder broken, clip broken, sensor fault, battery drains quickly, cannot charge, won't turn on, no sound
    In addition, the performance of the dedicated secondary battery used may deteriorate after repeated charging and discharging over many years, and the battery life may be shortened even when charged.
    In this case, we will replace the dedicated secondary battery, inspect each part, and conduct a waterproof test. When applying, please select the symptom "Cannot charge even when charging according to the instructions/power runs out quickly."

4. Fees and payment methods
  • You can pay by credit card.
  • The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

*1 Repairs may be subject to a fee even during the warranty period. For details, please refer to the warranty provisions on the warranty card.

5. Warranty
  • If the repair is within the warranty period, please be sure to send the warranty card (no copies allowed) along with the repaired item.
  • If the warranty card is not attached even within the warranty period, the repair will be charged.
  • If the malfunction or damage is caused by misuse, abuse, careless handling, dropping, etc., the repair will be charged.
    *For details, please refer to the warranty provisions in the warranty card.
  • Please note that extended warranties (insurance) set by the retailer do not apply to this service.
  • If the same malfunction occurs in the same place within 3 months after our repair is completed, we will repair it free of charge. Please be sure to send the repair invoice along with the repaired item.
6. Storage period
  • It will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from collection of the repaired item until delivery.
  • Please note that it will take a few more days to deliver the repaired item in the following cases.
  • When the repair takes time because the malfunction cannot be reproduced
  • When the repair performance parts required for the repair are out of stock
  • When there are long holidays during the repair period
  • When the delivery address is a remote island
7. cancel
  • If you wish to cancel after applying, please contact us by email, phone, or the inquiry form.
  • If you have already shipped the product to the repair center, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
