Repair item shipping
We will send out the item for repair.

After the consultation, please send the requested item to the repair center listed below, prepaid. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Analysis and Estimation
We will analyze the actual product and provide you with a quote

Once we receive your requested item, it will be analyzed at the Yamagata Casio Repair Center and we will provide you with an estimate of the work to be done, the cost, and return shipping fees. Analysis and estimates will take approximately five business days.

Payment Repair progress
Payment and repair progress

Once you agree to the estimate, we will provide you with instructions on how to pay by credit card.
We will proceed with the repair work as soon as payment is complete.
(If you do not proceed with the repair, analysis and handling fees will be charged.)
Depending on the work, it will take approximately 5-10 business days.

Delivery and Return
Once repairs are complete, we will deliver the product via Yamato Transport.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
A "repair invoice" will be attached to the completed product, so please check it.
