Once you submit your application, we will contact you by email or phone to ask about the model name, details of the problem, etc.
After the consultation, please send the requested item to the repair center listed below, prepaid. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive your requested item, it will be analyzed at the Yamagata Casio Repair Center and we will provide you with an estimate of the work to be done, the cost, and return shipping fees. Analysis and estimates will take approximately five business days.
Once you agree to the estimate, we will provide you with instructions on how to pay by credit card.
We will proceed with the repair work as soon as payment is complete.
(If you do not proceed with the repair, analysis and handling fees will be charged.)
Depending on the work, it will take approximately 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
A "repair invoice" will be attached to the completed product, so please check it.
