The Mold Making & Molding Division has built up the mold engineering system by integrating 3D CAD/CAM system and 3D resin flow analysis system, which resulted in the attainment of a digital engineering for plastic molded parts at the mold & molding section.
This has enabled us to achieve 50% reduction in the lead-time, from receiving an order to mass production in particular. With our highly evaluated technologies and products, we are fully confident to satisfy new customers as well.

We have successfully and aggressively applied our CAD/CAM/CAE technologies not only to tool production but also to the molding field, which has allowed us to improve the precision of our product/tool designs and to launch mass production in a short time. We have been striving to further develop our own technologies such as "the high-speed post processor" and "the tool monitoring system" in order to enhance efficiency.
